About earthpure

Michelle has previously worked as a professional design engineer and has a Phd in designing devices to help natural mobility. She also follows a healthy vegan diet and is a mother of two young children:

" I began making my own natural skincare products when I was pregnant with my first child in 2001. I wanted to use products that were non toxic, gentle for my new born baby's skin, did not contain animal products, or were tested on animals, as well as using products and packaging that would not harm the environment." says Michelle

This remains the ethos of earthpure today!

After 6 years of moving to West Wales to create earthpure we are continually perfecting our the quality of our natural skincare and are still passionate about our products and ethics as we were in the beginning.

Michelle's product design background and keen interest in sustainable products has led  us to recently create a range of high quality aromamatic candles. These candles are made from rapeseed grown in Europe, which greatly reduces the air mileage environmental cost of importing soya wax from America. Our tests have shown that rapeseed burns for far longer than soya wax and of course does not conatin any palm, that is a major reason for deforestation and the great decline of the orangutan population. Our candles are now available for you to buy on our shop section.
